This is a massively fruity, lightly peated and exceptionally smooth dram despite its high ABV%. Big sherry cask notes and Bowmore’s signature salty peat make up for the distinct character of this dram. WebLaimrig is gaelic for 'Pier' and celebrates Bowmore's ancient stone pier. This Bowmore is matured exclusively in sherry butts and bottled at cask strength. First released in 2009 as a Swedish market exclusive, the expression was so popular that it returned in 2011 as an annual small batch release. This is the third bottling, released in 2012.
