You may notice a significant boost in performance by using an SSD. Nothing you do, however, will make it perfectly smooth from my experience. WebJul 23, 2024 · When you right-click on a clip and select retime controls, you will see blue arrows across your clip. If you notice, the clip speed is also visible at the lower part of the clip. To edit, you can simply click on it and change speed. If we change it to 50%, for example, the blue arrows have turned yellow and the percentage visible is 50%.
