WebDec 9, 2015 · I’m looking for a fiberglass rod. I have a Heddon MkIV 8 ½’ #8 and a Fenwick ff75 7 ½’ #5. The Heddon is a rocket launcher and is great for bass bugs and streamers as big as you want, but it’s over 5 oz and it’s like lugging a tree branch. The ff75 is light and delicate and a pleasure to fish, but doesn’t like anything very heavy.
