If you run a dual monitor setup in Windows 10 with a 144hz+ monitor and a secondary monitor that runs at 60hz you cannot take advantage of the 144hz+ refresh rate without stuttering. Neither Microsoft nor Nvidia have addressed the problem despite advertising monitors that run at 165hz+.
